Our Terra Cotta Coasters will keep your tables looking fresh and your living room looking beautiful.
I love keeping my house in season just like my clothes. I am always searching Pinterest for the latest trend or project I can do myself because I love my home looking beautiful.
I love that when I make something I can create it to fit my style and my home. Of course I love shopping and finding goodies I love as well but there’s something about being creative that I love.
As you know I have a ton of handkerchiefs and love making crafts out of them, my Terra Cotta Coasters not only look great but they also keep my tables looking fresh. When you have coasters sitting in front of you, it’s a kind way of asking someone to use one without actually having to ask.
How to Make Terra Cotta Coasters:
Materials:
- terra cotta saucers
- handkerchiefs
- spray paint
- spray paint sealer
- spray adhesive
- mason jar top to trace
- pencil
In a well ventilated area, spray your terra cotta saucers teal and let dry.
Spray a second coat and let dry.
Trace a 3″ mason jar top circle onto your handkerchief, carefully cut out your circle and use your spray adhesive to stick your handkerchief circle onto the center of your painted saucers and let dry.
In a well ventilated area, spray your spray paint sealer onto the saucer and handkerchief, let dry, spray the bottom and let dry again.
