When I received the personalized hankie I was disappointed. The heart was overstitched & the initials were messy on the back. I called to ask if they would replace it for me. She was very nice & explained that every once in a while because it is machine stitched it happens. She replaced it
cheerfully, & asked if I needed it by a specific time? I said no, but that I was happy they were going to replace it for me. I received the new hankie very quickly & it was perfect. If I owned a business, this is exactly how I would want customer service to treat our customers. They have beautiful linens, & make great gifts.
