I love the hankies. But in the pack of three one of them was soiled so I called and then sent a picture of it and was told they would send me another package. That was on December 6 and I still haven’t received the new hanky. I’m embroidering on them for Christmas gifts and I really am desperately in need of a replacement. I am hoping it will be in my mailbox tomorrow
