Purchased this beautiful hankie to give as a thank you gift. It arrived and was gorgeous, however I truly had wanted a real pink thread. I picked their pink color and when it arrived it was a light peach. It was extremely important that it be PINK, long story. I emailed my concern and I can not emphasize how fast they were to respond and make it right. She had so kindly asked that I send her the shade of pink I was picturing embroidered and it did not disappoint. They sent out my “pink” to replace the peach one. I offered to return the first purchase and was told to not worry about doing so. Talk about fabulous customer service. For any and all of my future linen needs I will most definitely use BUMBLEBEE LINENS. Touché to your beautiful work.
