I ordered a lovely Lace Hankerchief for a Celebration of Life for afriend who's husband passed away. I had forhotten my nice one for a family ceremony, so knew it would come in handy!
Not only did she tuck away the plain one she had brought, but she kept repeating how special her new monogrammed one was to remember that day.
I had brought the complimentary one in my purse also. During one of many heartwarming tributes, a dear gentleman broke down. I slipped the man's hankerchief into her hand as she rose to go comfort him. He wasnt sure he should take it, so she said that her husba.d would have wanted him to have it.
Such warm memories will linger for both whenever they look upon those timely gifts!
