Materials Needed One White Hemstitched Linen Napkin or any piece of fabric at least 20in square Two 5 inch Hoop Purse Handles Directions How To Make A No Sew Purse Place one of the purse handles on top of the linen napkin. (Figure 1) Take the top portion of the napkin and thread it through the hoop. (Figure 2) Take the two corners of the napkin and knot them together around the hoop. (Figure 3) Knot the corners again.
