My initial order was incorrect--I wanted just one initial and it came with two. There was some difficulty eliminating the second initial when ordering "online," so I spoke with a person but that didn't help apparently. However, when the incorrect hankie came, I called immediately and was told the correct hankie would go out in the mail "that day," which indeed it must have, because I got it in just a couple of days. I was extremely pleased with the service and the "corrected" monogrammed hankie is lovely as well.
