Part of being a good dinner party hostess is making your dinner table look warm and inviting for your guests. The pendant napkin fold\u00a0shown above is one way you can accomplish that task. The pendant fold is not only elegant but has lovely clean lines, which can highlight your silverware beautifully.<\/p>\n

One of the things I love about this fold is that it is very versatile as it can be easily folded using any of our cotton and linen dinner napkins<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Editor’s Note: The pendant napkin fold does not requiring ironing in between each step through it does look more polished if you do.<\/p>\n

Step 1:\u00a0Iron the dinner napkin flat<\/p>\n

Step 2: Fold the top of the dinner napkin down to meet in the middle<\/p>\n

\"Pendant2\"Step 3: Fold the bottom of the napkin up to the middle center line. The edges of the napkins should now be touching.<\/p>\n

\"Pendant3\"Step 4: Fold one corner of the napkin down to meet the napkin’s center line. This will create a small triangle.<\/p>\n

\"Pendant4\"Step 5: Repeat on the remaining three sides of the napkin.<\/p>\n

\"Pendant5\"Step 6: The sides of the napkin should now resemble a triangle. Fold the right triangle over to the center of the dinner napkin.<\/p>\n

Step 7: Repeat with the triangle on the left. You will now have a square napkin.<\/p>\n

Step 8: Flip the dinner napkin over.<\/p>\n

Step 9: Fold one down one corner of the dinner napkin to the center.<\/p>\n

\"Pendant9\"Step 10: Repeat on the napkin’s remaining three corners to create a smaller square. The tips of all the sides should be touching. Hang in there, you are almost done!<\/p>\n

\"Pendant10\"Step 11: Turn the dinner napkin over again and lift the flaps of the napkin slightly up. Insert your dinnerware under the flaps to create this elegant look.<\/p>\n
